We're Stephon and Stephanie, a husband-and-wife team passionate about helping businesses ignite their potential and build thriving communities. Our journey began in sun-drenched Costa Rica, where we learned the power of connection and living true to our values. After welcoming our two rambunctious boys, Westley and Ethan, and now baby girl Emma, we found our home in the rugged beauty of Wenatchee, Washington.

Our roots may be diverse – Stephon with the rhythm of the Bahamian islands in his heart, and Stephanie with the spirit of Lake Chelan in her soul – but it's in this valley we weave our shared story. You'll find us hiking mountain trails, exploring hidden waterfalls, and sharing laughter with our quirky pack: Millie the Aussie-doodle, Alfie the tabby cat, and (maybe someday) a feathery flock of chickens!
